UPDATE: after speaking to the quality control team, she was very apologetic and was glad I was able to get the microwave installed, even though it was with a different company. thank you for reaching out. that was the most absurd visit. guy shows up 15 minutes late, sits out in his car for 10 minutes, finally gets out, walks to the wrong house next door, finds the correct house, hits my planter outside my front door, all his tools he was rolling spill out onto my walkway, spends another 5 minutes or so picking everything up, finally enters my house, stumbles and bumbles bumping into things and looking lost, measures the microwave and tells me it's too big to fit into the empty spot, I tell him we just removed the old microwave which is the same size as the new one so it has to fit, he tells me I need to cut the trim around my cabinets to give him more "wiggle room", I tell him just forget about it and I'll do it myself. he walks out and I see two dark lines of dirt from his toolbox on my recently cleaned floors, he did not offer to clean (or most likely didn't even notice). he also left his tape measure on my counter and I had to go out and return it to him because he was still sitting outside my house 10 minutes later on the phone with someone. zero professionalism. I'll end up doing the job myself.

The FixTman crew did a precise and thoroughly professional installation of a dozen very tricky curtain rods for heavy thermal drapes in my enclosed patio. They measured repeatedly to ensure that the drapes would be very close to the glass to maximize the thermal protection, and that there was the perfect amount of clearance for the tops and sides of the drapes. They strategically placed multiple brackets to support the weight of the drapes across very wide double sliding door openings and wide window placements. Supports had to be installed into the thick, heavy duty aluminum frames, not the flimsy stucco overhang. This was not a simple “hang some curtain rods” project; this was a complex installation that couldn’t tolerate mistakes and they designed creative solutions. I’m very pleased with FixTman’s work on a project that multiple vendors turned down because of its complexity. I’ll definitely use them for future projects.
Angi services failed me. I had purchased a TV stand via Wayfair and requested install - the installers kept rescheduling me and I needed this completed asap. I came onto thumbtack and within a minute heard from fixtman. They quickly found someone to come and setup my tv stand same day with no issues. They were punctual, responsive and super professional. Installed trampoline in Henderson, NV. Right on time, lots of communication, finished right on time.

This is these second time I’ve used these guys for playground assembly. They put together my trampoline. A part was missing and they told me and rescheduled while I got the replacement. Always on time and efficient. Responsive. Will use them again!!

They did a fantastic job! I had an install for my flatscreen TV over my fireplace and it’s perfectly aligned and surprisingly done in a fair amount of time. The installer was kind, and cleaned up after himself which I appreciate. Would definitely hire again! Thank you so much. I’m very happy!
