If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. No one showed up on the scheduled day, and we were never notified, forcing us to wait until the following day. When the blinds and rods were installed, they were crooked and the rods were pulling out of the wall. The first person did a horrible job, so we had to request a second visit to fix the issues. Unfortunately, the second person still failed to complete the job properly. He initially did not fill the holes as requested and had to leave to purchase materials, leaving us to sand and paint the wall ourselves. The rods were still pulling away from the wall, despite his assurance that using larger screws would prevent this. After multiple complaints, they refused to issue a refund. Now we have to hire someone else to redo the installation and repair the damage. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and refusal to take accountability are unacceptable. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and hire someone else.

I used them to find someone to assemble my pole and the person that was sent to me put it up and said he can come back and sturdy it, so he requested my number to contact me to do so. He came back and put it up and assured me it was much more stable. Guess what it fell again! He charged me both times which is crazy. I reached out to him because at this point it’s ridiculous and feels scammy and he responded so rudely to me. I will never use this provider again cause my experience was so poor and they clearly don’t know what they are doing. And even if he wasn’t sure how to perform this service, the least he could’ve been was not rude lol.
The curtains were installed wonderfully. The communication on all other fronts was sub par.

Worst experience. Two techs were sent to our home to assemble a workout machine. Before confirming appointment we ensured the technicians had experience completing this task, to which they confirmed. However, they were over an hour late and were completely unqualified to be taking over this work order. When we would check on their progress, they had made several mistakes that we had to point out to them. They forgot to put a weight on, didn’t connect the bar for the bench press/squats. The worked on this for 8 hours and did not make much progress. To my better judgment we allowed them to facile back and finish the next day, where he quoted me “about 45 minutes”. They were at my home for another 9 HOURS! And STILL did not complete our request. After they left we found one and a half bags of bolts, screws, and washers that were not used. They did not put the screens up on the machine either. Customer service has been terrible thus far. When it comes to something complex I wouldn’t even think about hiring anyone from this company.
