Alex did a great job on replacing my Dad and Bonus Mom's 2 locks. I was visiting them in Texas and suggested Thumbstack to them. I scheduled online in the evening and he came the same day within 30 minutes. Very nice young man.

The locksmith was very timely with his response times and how quickly he arrived on location. He worked quickly and helped me access the storage area where all my products are stored so I didn’t have to deal with empty shelves.
