Jacob was great. He moved a tv from one room to another and mounted a new one for us. 100% would recommend.

I handed Jacob an impossible task, and found out I had bought the wrong laptop for my purposes. My fault, I'm ignorant on tech. He told me what I need, and offered to help me find a new one. I'd worked with Jacob before, and he does exactly what you want, with no runaround. Recommended!
Jacob was excellent to work with. He did an excellent job of installing my Internet and explaining things to me. I will definitely call him again if I need help.
We can't say enough good things about the IT work Jacob did for us....he knows his IT business extremely well and is easy to work with.
Jacob helped resolve a hub/docking station and hardware issue for me on a Sunday, no less, and was excellent all around: extremely competent, very responsive, relaxed/easy to deal with and professional.
Jacob is absolutely THE BEST! He is now at the top of my list when it comes to resolving internet problems. I cannot recommend this individual enough ! ! !
Jacob was very responsive, professional and very smart in solving our issues and would definitely use him again. I am telling everyone I know that we found a reliable and fast thinking tech. I am relieved we have somebody great to count on.
Jacob did a terrific job with my father’s old computers. He did it all! Fixed our problems and got us new parts. He drove up the mountain roads twice. He’s now our go to guy!
He provided the required expertise to do what I requested
