Flatirons Plumbing

The work was great but seemed pricey to me. To be fair, I didn't get multiple estimates.

I am afraid to give anything more than my star rating for fear of repercussions and lack of anonymity.

We had a leak in the past that left us very concerned about what was going on with our bathtub. Wanting to repair damage in the ceiling but unsure if the leak was going to happen again. Flatirons came and checked everything and found...no leak. They filled the tub twice. Once let it go through the overflow. No leak. Caulked a couple of small spots by the overflow and around the faucet and said that we should call if it happens again, but that it is all dry. After spending at least half an hour testing...they did not charge anything. They were honest and more than fair. We will use them again.

Unfortunately we could not use Flatirons because they didn’t offer the service we needed. However, they demonstrated incredible customer service and integrity while we tried to figure out the need. They even offered a do-it-yourself option before we found the problem. I will use them next time.
