I am super impressed with Flatmint :) I spent a couple of hours in email and phone conversation with Will before signing on and find him to be extremely responsive, detail oriented and professional which I attribute in part to his background as a real estate broker. He brings instincts and values that match my own desire to offer my "high end" Green Lake rental home in a high-quality, responsive, easeful and Seattle-rental-law-compliant way. Until finding Flatmint, I refused the absurd fees and 'all or nothing' approach of traditional property management companies. I love Flatmint's flexibility and reasonable pricing. I think they are very much onto something that has the potential to disrupt the sclerotic property management business and I wish them all success :)
