Exceptional Service for a Seamless Move from New Jersey to New York! I recently had the pleasure of using Flex Moving to relocate from New Jersey to New York, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding job they did! From start to finish, Angel and David provided a level of competence, efficiency, and professionalism that surpassed all my expectations. Right from the initial consultation, Angel and David demonstrated their expertise and attention to detail. They carefully assessed the scope of the move, taking note of my specific requirements and concerns. The transparent pricing and the thorough explanation of their services instantly instilled confidence in their abilities. On moving day, the team arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary packing materials and tools. Angel and David were courteous, friendly, and incredibly organized. They took great care in handling my belongings, ensuring that each item was securely packed and protected for the journey. Fragile items received special attention, with extra padding and wrapping to prevent any damage. They even helped take out my air conditioner and then set it up in my new apartment! Their efficiency was truly remarkable. They worked diligently, managing the packing and loading process with remarkable speed and precision. They skillfully maneuvered bulky furniture through tight spaces and navigated staircases effortlessly. Their experience and expertise were evident in every aspect of the move. Once we arrived at my new residence in New York, they both swiftly unloaded and placed each box and piece of furniture in the designated rooms. They even assisted with reassembling furniture, making the transition into my new home seamless and stress-free. What impressed me the most was the level of professionalism exhibited by Angel and David. They maintained open lines of communication throughout the process, keeping me informed of their progress and addressing any questions or concerns I had promptly. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this moving company to anyone in need of reliable, efficient, and professional movers. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Moving can be a stressful endeavor, but thanks to Angel and David, my transition from New Jersey to New York was an absolute breeze.
We needed some help to move our larger pieces to our new place. The whole process with Flex Moving was very straightforward. The movers called when they left, arrived on time and were very careful with our furniture. Everything was placed where we wanted and assembled. I highly recommend and would hire again. Thank you Isai and team.
We feel like we won the moving jackpot experience with these guys!!! So delighted we found them. From beginning to end they blew our expectations and our experience was incredible hassle free and they took all the pressure off our hands. They have amazing customer service and answered all our questions promptly. On moving day they went above and beyond and wholeheartedly delivered on everything they said they would on top of being punctual. We couldn’t ask for more. If you’re looking for quality and want an efficient team they’re the real deal. They’re professional and didn’t disappoint us. They assigned us the nicest movers! These guys worked swiftly and carefully moved ALL our items rapidly. We couldn’t be happier and so glad we went with Flex. We’ll definitely recommend them to our friends and family and would hire them again!!!
What can I say but WOW! The team was incredible from start to finish! I was sent three movers Victor was the captain of the guys and he lead this move with such efficiency! These guys were so careful and so fast! We didn’t have any broken items and they helped to place the items in our place where they looked perfect in our apartment. Lazar and the other mover were also just as fast and efficient. They were non stop and wrapped everything with such care! They treated our belongings like they were their own! Thank you gentlemen! If we move again I will definitely be reaching out to you guys.
Victor and Lazar were great. They were very professional. They wrapped up my sofas expertly and quickly. They were pleasant and understanding. I would use them again without a second’s hesitation.
Mike and the whole flex moving team were excellent . My wife and I were selling our home and buying a new home at the same time and with all the delays and last minute changes , the flex team was able to accommodate us through out the whole process. They made moving simple and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was promised 3 movers for a quote. They only sent 2 movers for the same quote. The movers, Mike and Silvy, were fantastic and fast. However, I don’t like being lied to on mutually agreed promises. Please see screenshot of the exchange with Zach, the guy who promised and guaranteed 3 movers with a quote and sent only 2 for the same quote.
Great communication. My mom said they were great and they were very helpful in many areas and was kind. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
Flex moved a refrigerator into my commercial kitchen. They were very reasonable priced and the team was quick and efficient— also extremely friendly. From curb to ground floor retail was $200 (up a few steps), and they got the job done in under 30 minutes 🙌 They were a couple hours late due to traffic but that happens in NYC. Overall, very happy with Flex Move!!
We had a last minute office mover over Memorial Day weekend. We reached out to many companies but Flex was the easiest to work with and had the most value for the price and met all of our requirements for approval and payment. They also were able to incorporate a junk removal same day.
Zach and his team were awesome and we will definitely hire them again! They moved our king mattress and navigated a tricky flight of stairs with low clearance like true professionals. We also appreciated how responsive and considerate they were during the process!
