Our recent bathroom and closet renovation has been the second project we’ve worked with Flex Properties to complete. Flex Properties created a new 1st floor 3/4 bath. Ben was always responsive to our concerns during this 5-week process and clarified to our satisfaction any issues that came up. The people who work with Ben were always polite and respectful to the fact that we were living here during this period. Ben made regular inspections of the project as it was progressing and addressed any concerns as they developed.

We hired Ben to finish our basement in preparation for selling our house. We encountered massive problems with the Boston Inspectional Service that delayed approval of the permit for nearly 6 months. We had to stop the project and restart it this fall. Ben returned and completed the project in a timely manner. Our 1,800 sq ft basement looks amazing. The quality of the finish work is excellent.

Flex Properties provided good work at a very reasonable price. We communicated what we wanted (turning a built in bar area to a storage closet). Ben was very communicative and transparent with pricing. They were able to start quickly and additionally were willing to be flexible when we asked to push out the potential start date. Ben communicated frequently and when extra needed work arose, he was quick with quotes and provided options. Additionally, something that really stood out is that when a piece of the project was not done up to Flex Properties usual standard, Ben took initiative to have it redone (we may not have noticed until the work was done), even though it added a day or two to the total effort.
Ben was great to work with, communicative, and helped bring talent to shape and implement my vision to restore a failing structure back to its original glory. I look forward to an opportunity to work together again on future projects.

Bena responded less then 15 min after I posted my project. He kept us updated every day of the job, telling us when they were done and what time they arrived. During the project, they made suggestions on what might work better. Some were taken, and others were not, but it was all done in a professional manner. Very good quality of work.

They redid our bathroom, put new flooring in the kitchen and 2nd floor, and fixed an unexpected leak in the roof of our addition. I contracted Bena to do a full renovation on two bathrooms. Bena is very professional and did the work with great responsiveness and efficiency. Before the project was started, I made several adjustments to the plan and Bena accommodated all of them. And he kept me well updated throughout the project. I appreciate that he provided me many helpful tips on the renovation work. My wife and I are impressed by the finished work, which I have attached pictures.
My guy Ben did an extraordinary job. We hired him and his crew to gut renovate our bathroom and we couldn’t be any happier. He went above and beyond and price was very reasonable. He went as far as doing side work without charging us, displaying true generosity and integrity in what he does. I will be using Ben for all future project and I recommend anyone looking for renovations to do the same and contact Ben. Date of completion was 3/22/24. The timeline was true to his completion date.
