Rostom and his partner were amazing. Communicative, punctual and very kind. I felt they were honest and did high quality work. I’m grateful they were able to finish my bathroom tiling (shower and floor). Highly recommend.
Working with Rostom was great. He did a fantastic job tiling our alcove tub in our guest bath. He was easy to communicate with, punctual, followed through on everything he said he was going to do, and the final results were perfect. We would definitely hire Floorcraft again.
Rostom and his crew were amazing! We messaged a few contractors and his price was the most reasonable and we appreciated the previous prior reviews. He was also able to get in quickly and completed the project just a few days after reaching out. The crew finished our backsplash in just a few hours! We were considering doing the work ourselves but after seeing the professionalism of their cuts around the outlets and cabinets, we are so happy with the work. Highly recommend!
Clear with cost and scope of work. Very responsive, I reached out on a Monday and they did the work Thursday. Clearly communicated timing, and only took one day to tile and grout! Super impressed with the speed and work. Will definitely be using their services again.
We are very happy with our new flooring. We are trying to sell our house and needed improvements quickly. The team was responsive, showed up on time and performed the work most efficiently. The new floors look beautiful! I would certainly use their services again.
Rostom really helped us out when we were in a bind. I was in over my head on my bathroom renovation that I needed to complete in a short amount of time and he offered to work over the weekend to get the tile job done. He offered some tips to improve the design and it turned out great. Now that the tile is complete we're able to use the bathroom...a great feeling after not being able to use it for nearly a month during the renovation. The picture shows a before and after. A couple of things I need to wrap up, but the tile looks great!
Rostom installed our kitchen backsplash yesterday. He is easy to work with and completed the install quickly. We are happy with his work and would recommend him to friends and would hire him for our future project.
This team did a beautiful job installing the tile backsplash in my kitchen. Very professional and quick! I would hire them again.
Hands down one of the best experiences since I started renovating my home several years back. Rostom was super quick to come out and review the project details, came back with a bid within 24 hours, and started 4 days later. He provided great insight into ideas that would help elevate the look of my bathrooms while letting me ultimately choose versus pushing for the most expensive options. As for the quality of work, I can’t say enough good things...he ensures everything lines up perfectly and was just the way I envisioned. Highly recommend if anyone is looking to renovate!
