My job ended up being a bit too small for Diego, but he was honest about this and explained the steps I could take for drying out my ceiling after a recent leak. He didn’t charge for the initial assessment and I appreciate his honesty about the condition of my ceiling, not being too bad and explaining how I could fix it myself.

Bill did a great job! He came over, looked at the spaces we needed cleaning and sealing and gave me a comprehensive and itemized quote. My husband and I chose which areas we would like to start with and he came back a few days later and got the job done. We will definitely be having him back to complete the other rooms in a couple of months!
Oh my god, what a great customer service and what a great work done by Bill. He went out of his way to get everything completed in a very professional manner. Even though my condo was on 4th floor and it was already dark outside, he went out of his way to get things setup and completed the work in time. I would definitely use him soon for my primary home. I recommend using his services over anyone else. Sorry don't have any pictures but will try to post soon since it was already dark and the pictures didn't came out very good.
Mike worked very hard to remove even old stains. He was personable & conscientious. I'd use his services again. I highly recommend him.
