It has been about six months since the team installed our LVP floors, baseboards, crown, molding, and handrail. The team was punctual about the work and completed everything as agreed to the quality of the LVP install seems great so far. The baseboards and crown molding and door trims for the most part or installed properly. However, the caulking seems to have settled in and not very even in some areas. The paint on the trim work appears to have an inconsistent glaze, perhaps using a foam roller to back roll would’ve helped even out the sheen. However, considering the trims were hand painted and not sprayed, would be expected. the handrail install turned out to be very good and all the iron balusters were properly cut down to size and anchored well. Overall great experience, would definitely rehire.

Johnanny and Agustine were amazing to work with on our stair remodel. Our builder-grade stairs felt very closed off, and Johnanny instantly understood what I was looking for. His team did an exceptional job bringing the vision to life. They showed up every day at 8 a.m., worked until the end of the day, and were clean, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their stairs in the area
The team takes their work very seriously. They worked long hours to complete the project on time. Working with them was very easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
Remodel of 1980s stairs and non-code height bannisters plus refinish of mismatching hardwood floors throughout - was a big project and we were nervous about choosing the right contractor. From the first visit to every followup, it was a great experience where we felt like our ideas were understood and we were in control of the material choices and colors. The finished project is fabulous and they are great team to deal with.
By far the best experience working with a floor contractor. From initial contact to follow-up post visit and estimate delivery and final work completion my expectations were exceeded! Our stairs look immaculate! The prep to seal off the rest of my house from dust, to the full process and clean-up was done with the utmost professionalism! Thank you for exceeding our expectations and I will definitely reach out for my next project! If you’re looking for your next flooring contractor this team is your go to!
The Floorscapes crew did an amazing job replacing all of my flooring. They removed carpeting and installed luxury vinyl plank. The crew was professional and meticulous. The crew stained the baseboards by hand to match the current woodwork. They also installed a new staircase handrail with matching posts and spindles. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality and value of this companies work. I have contracted with them to remodel my bathrooms as well! Thank you, Floorscapes!
Awesome work done by Floorscape. Showed up exactly as discussed and did the great job as promised.
We received a call Saturday and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Someone was to arrive at our home on Tuesday at 7pm. No one showed up, nor did we receive a call of any changes. When we reached out, “they had forgotten about” the appointment.
We had a great experience working with Floorscape! We wanted to update our floors and Johanny and his crew were able to finish the job in 2 days! They also replaced our trim on the entire main level. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Johanny and his team did an absolutely beautiful job installing new laminate treads, risers, handrails, newel posts, spindles and doing all the drywall, patching, painting and trim work to make it all look amazing!! I would highly recommend reaching out to him for your next job!! His communication, professionalism and customer service is outstanding. You won’t be disappointed!!
