Excellent experience. FloorTechs breathed new life into my hardwood floors. Randy and team were great. Knowledgeable and skilled.
The quote was fast, easy and the communication was spectacular. I love the results of my floors! I would recommend highly recommend floortechs!
Wonderful job, really pleased with the color and the work. I was very nervous in the beginning since this was engineered hardwood and we had one shot at it, but I am glad I went with Randy and his company.
Excellent service and good quality . They took the time to explain and review what the work entails in detail. That did it for me and is the reason why I chose them. Our stair case looks great, we got a lot of compliments!
FloorTechs refinished our hardwood floors and we are so happy with the results. It was completed in 2 days (rather than in the 3 days that were originally scheduled).
I recently purchased a home and hired FloorTech to refinish the floors where there was carpet previously. After removing the carpet Randy informed me that the floors were in terrible shape and would probably need to be replaced. After seeing them I agreed with his assessment. This decision totally increased the timeline. The team quickly pivoted and installed the new floors in with time to spare before we moved in. Throughout the process Randy kept me up to date on progress. Any decisions that needed to be made Randy gave me all options and pertinent information so that I was fully informed. FloorTech provides great service and value for your hardwood floor needs.
Randy was my floor tech who was very professional and knowledgeable about the floor procedures that would take place and the quality of work that would be completed. I am happy with the floor. I must admit that I really liked the natural wood after the sanding and would have kept it that way, but my husband wanted the stain. The stained floors look wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. Hire this team! Great Job! I would certainly use this team again!
Very quick turnaround and I got precisely the color and grade that I wanted, would highly recommend!
Randy and team did a fantastic job on the hardwood floors in our new house. They were pretty damaged, but they look brand new. Randy was able to refinish the first floor, and strip and seal the second and third floors very quickly. They look brand new! Thanks, Randy!
