I was expecting them to do more and it was not cleaned like I felt it should be and some of the floors had to be redone and I was really expecting my floors to be way more cleaner and my kids just got home and they are like what did they clean. And I asked my oven to be cleaned and it was not properly clean the work done that I paid for $560 was not right for the work received I don’t think I even wanna use this app again
Wanda Responded immediately with any questions I had. She was prompt arriving to my residence. I had a few issues with a couple of items not cleaned as I felt they should had been. She was quick in responding to my concerns and even refunded some of my payment for these issues.

I never requested a discount; I simply expected the agreed-upon work to be done. Additionally, they even left a cleaning wand in my toilet, which was quite unsettling. I strongly recommend that this company prioritize honest and straightforward communication with their clients and be responsive to grievances. My experience has left me feeling ripped off, and now I find myself back at square one in my search for trustworthy cleaners. Absolutely amazing! Wanda is quite literally a wizard of the best kind. She completely transformed my mother’s house from the unruly and unmanageable state it was in back to the much more manageable and house-like appearance of its youth. 100% would recommend and absolutely would hire again. The loveliest, kindest, and hardest working lady you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. So professional and understanding, even in the face of our unruly dogos and nosy cats. Thank you so much!
Wonderful women who did a fantastic job at a rate lower then expected for the quality of work. We have had cleaning services on this app before that didn't do half the job these women did at double the rate. They were kind and had no problems with our two kittens. Cleaned everything we asked and didn't tact on any hidden fees after the fact like we have experienced before. The floors look nicer now then the day we moved in. We will absolutely be using them next time we have need for a cleaning service at this residence or any other while still in their range.
