I hired this company to fix a leak at my property. After the initial visit, they promised to send me an invoice/estimate so we could move forward with the repair. For two days, I kept calling and texting, and each time I was told they would send it right away — but nothing ever came. Meanwhile, the leak inside the wall continued, and we couldn’t move forward with the necessary repairs. After wasting two days waiting, I finally hired another company. They came out and fixed the entire issue within an hour. Very disappointing experience, especially when dealing with an active leak where time matters. I would not use this company again.
great service and reliable
$600 later and I still had a leak under the bathroom sink. Wanted to charge me over $1,000 to also replace the pipes inside the wall. If you hired them to do the job on the weekend they charge you an additional $150, the pipes were replaced and it happened that the problem was misdiagnosed. It was the rubber seal under the drain. After getting a second opinion, the job should have cost no more than $250 and the pipes used were not the correct ones, according to the second opinion obtained, they should have used DWV fittings for sink waste arm. The “plumber” had to come to my house 3 times and yet the leak was still there.
I asked Flow Pros to give me a quote on a sink replacement. On arrival at my property - which is rented to tenants - they carried out the work without first providing me with a quote (as had been agreed) and accepted payment of $550 from my tenant. The sink had already been provided by me, so this charge related mainly to labor for what appeared to be a straightforward installation. As a result, I was given no opportunity to accept or reject any quotation or approve the cost before the work was completed - which was the entire point of seeking a competitive quote first. After excluding me from the process and failing to inform me promptly of what had been done, communication was very poor, with slow responses and multiple follow-ups required. I also requested a breakdown of the charges and a copy of the invoice but was advised to obtain this from my tenant, despite the work having been carried out at my property following my original request through the Thumbtack platform for a quotation! In my opinion, the charge was significantly higher than I would have expected for this type of installation, which made the lack of any opportunity to approve the price beforehand particularly frustrating. My concern is not that the work was completed, but that I, as the property owner who initiated contact with Flow Pro and requested the quotation, was then excluded from the approval process and given no opportunity to review pricing or consider alternatives before the work proceeded. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again, particularly where a landlord requires a quotation and approval before work is authorized.

Everything as planned
Well we had a guy come out give us a quote for a full repiping. Went through the application process got approved, was given a date for them to start and we hear nothing after that. I called and was sent a message that he will call me back. NOTHING!!! I don't understand if you're not going to do the job don't give false hope to customers especially when we're down to 1 bathroom
