I had an appointment to have my tub reglazed. They never showed up to complete the work. I spoke to the owner and he said he would personally come to do the job and HE DID NOT SHOW UP EITHER! Phone calls are now going to a recording saying that the mailbox is full. I have been very accommodating by allowing the job to be rescheduled THREE times. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Maybe it is just a rarity or mistake but the contractor stood us up. Talked on the phone, confirmed date and time, sent a text which he confirmed receipt. We were there and texted him several times as we waited for hours. He finally texted back that evening saying his assistant was supposed to reschedule but we had heard nothing from her.
While we did not use Jesse for our clogged drains, he was very responsive and communicative from the beginning. Will consider him for a future plumbing need if it arises.

Replaced our check valve that blew on our sewer pump at 6 in the morning. Replied to our request minutes after we submitted and was at our house less than an hour later! Took what could have been a HUGE pain and quickly resolved it!
