F.M construction came to repair drywall, a framed door and a garage door after a pipe burst. They did a tremendous job, communicated well, arrived on time, and came in perfectly on budget. 100% will recommend and use again.

Mr. Miranda arrived on time and after a brief discussion, began setting up to repair and replace the pickets and bottom rail that I identified. He is a professional! Very happy with the work FM construction did, in fact I'll probably have them come out and do some future work as well. They removed a load bearing wall and inserted a beam exactly where I wanted, it's going to make the house look amazing. They were able to knock this out in a day, others were quoting a few days. He has a wealth of knowledge and gave me some advice on some other projects as well.
I would like to thank these professionals for getting my mom gate back right after I messed it up. They responded to the job ASaP and was quick about it. Really appreciate the quality work.
I am way overdue in writing this review. We hired Francisco and his team towards the end of 2019 when we decided (after several months) to get help building a studio in our backyard. As a photographer, it has been a dream and goal to have a space to work from that is separate from the house. The idea has been in my head for years and for months my husband and I attempted to build, little by little. I wish we would have found FM construction sooner. Francisco and his team are true craftsmen. They know their job so well and were gracious with us about what we had done ourselves (which paled in comparison to their work). What took us months to complete, and now we wish we had them do as well, was lightyears away from the work they provided. When they got here we had set piers and laid the subflooring. As much care and love we as we put into it, we still had a subpar job. Then Francisco arrived, worked with what we gave him and set to work with speed and precision. He was flexible with pur ideas and plans and politely guided us when needed. In less than a week we had the structure of our studio built. The progress was amazing, but more so was their skill and care. They were also extremely patient and mindful of our two toddler boys and our many animals, which seemed to want to be in the thick of things on the regular. I have worked with contractors and handymen for many years and never encountered someone so knowledgable, gracious, professional, talented, and timely. I've never finished a project on time with other companies. But this was not the case with Franciaco and his team. They arrive when they say, work diligently and with great skill. They are worth every penny. Our studio has been a godsend over these months in isolation as my husband has been working from home. And while it is still not serving it's intended purpose fully, we are so glad to have this space and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work.
Needed the front section of my wooden fence replaced along with a wider gate. Francisco showed up on time. After discussing what I was looking for, we agreed on the price. He left for the materials and was done within a couple of hours. Fence looks great. Very pleased with his work. Would definitely hire again for other projects.
