I was excited talk to this company and how they were going to take care of a balcony that I need fixed or replaced. The estimate was good and I waited on the written estimates. I waited 3 days, since they said they would have it in one. I was told they would get it that night. The next day I asked if they could please submit it since I’m on a time constraint and if they were no longer interested in the job to please let me know. I have heard nothing from them at all since. A 10 second text letting me know they were not interested or no longer available would have made a huge difference. I hate giving horrible Rey, but please, if you have a business, simple communication means a lot to customers.

About Folsom City Carpentry LLC
Folsom City Carpentry is a licensed, locally owned general contracting company serving Folsom, Sacramento, and surrounding areas. We specialize in ADUs, home additions, remodels, decks, pergolas, and residential carpentry, with a focus on quality workmanship and clear communication. Our company was founded by Hunter Winn, whose background in hands-on trades and public service as a Paramedic and Firefighter shaped how we approach every project—with professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our clients’ homes and time. We believe successful projects start with proper planning, realistic timelines, and honest communication. Clients work directly with a licensed contractor—not a rotating crew or sales rep. We show up when we say we will, keep job sites clean and organized, and build using proper materials and proven construction methods designed to last. Whether it’s a small improvement or a larger construction project, every job receives the same level of care and accountability. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and stress-free construction experience while delivering results our clients are proud of.
