Chris was excellent. Explained things well and was always looking for ways to save me money. Showed me how to do my maintenance on the radiator for the future and made a video with me so I could refer to it later. Definitely recommend.

By Facetine, I was patiently walked through the steps of how to fix my thermostat, in the dead of winter, with very low temperatures during anice storm. I had no heat. After about a 10 minute instructional call, my furnace was working again. 10 out of 10, i recommend .
I'm pretty sure I was not a good customer, but Christopher was AMAZING. He had to come back twice, and then he ended up going to get another piece, which made the job longer than anticipated. I would definitely recommend him

Christopher was helpful, responsive, and professional. He provided multiple solutions and walked me through the pros and cons of each. He worked with our hectic schedule and still managed to get things done in a timely manner. After the install I had some concerns and he made it back out ASAP to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of heating and cooling solutions!

I gave him a call and he came right out the same day. It’s a about 30 minutes and he found the issue with my furnace and fixed it. He’s not pushyng and he breaks things down for A normal person to understand. I will highly recommend him. Give him a shot.
