From start to finish, couldn’t be any better.

Reese S.Mar 2025

I can’t judge much because fortunately I don’t have a lot of experience with this and it looks like there wasn’t anything left up there to trap or remove, but it’s too soon after the service to say definitively.

Jon S.Feb 2025

They made my problem their problem - and approached solving it with the urgency that I needed.

This gentleman and his business is the personification of 5 stars! I put in the request and within 24hrs they were here and handled business in about 30m. I was very impressed with the instant change as the exterior perimeter of my home had been overtaken by ants. I will ensure to reach out every 60-90 days for a follow up to keep my home insect free! Thank you!

I had a dead rodent in my attic/crawl space. I contacted Formulex and Kurt responded promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Stuart came on the day agreed and very promptly removed the problem. He was courteous and professional. Overall Formulex did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Stuart was very professional and helpful in making us understand our rat infestation problem. Since this was our first experience with this problem it was upsetting dealing with the situation but as it turned out it only took 5 days before the issue was resolved. Stuart and Kurt really know their stuff about rats and their habits. Since there were no visible signs of entry or holes under the sinks and walls, the only reasonable explanation was that they came up through the guest toilet, which hadn’t been flushed in a good two months, and since there was no water in the bowl they made their way into the condominium, let this be a good lesson for all of us. It’s important to flush your toilets, even if you’re not using them that much I highly recommend Formulex for all of your pest removal

I'm not one to take the time to write a review but I felt a must to write one. I found myself in urgent need of Kurt's help and he went above and beyond to make my needs met. We had a later date scheduled for service and I reached out to him to come sooner because I felt I had something dead in my attic and needed to confirm that I did and take care of it so he came out the following early morning before his busy and already booked day to help me. Thank you Kurt, it's this type of customer service and caring that we all want.
