Hi, My name is Jon, and I have lived in the york county sc area for over 30 years. I am married with 3 children and we currently live in ft mill. I specialize in installing beautiful epoxy floors in garages, patios, and basements. These floors will last a lifetime and will not have to be redone. The most important step in installing epoxy is the preparation of the concrete. I use a concrete grinder to diamond grind every concrete surface to ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy. The second most important step is to use quality, 2 part epoxies that are made from solids, not water. I also use urethane and polyspartic for the topcoat. Promised smooth floors, but nope. Just basically painted the floor and put a clear coat on it. I could’ve easily done this myself… Definitely took me for a ride and not to mention is just focused on being paid even when I told him I need a few areas fixed. He also got into a verbal altercation with a neighbor who is a woman (cause by speeding through the neighborhood)
