Mr. David was very excellent and detailed about everything. He is very professional .
Good price easy booking
David was everything we could have hoped for and more. He was extremely detailed, took the time to answer all of our questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He’s also very personable, which made the inspection process feel comfortable and stress-free.
David was great he was actually done before we even got there. Of course because of the time difference but once we got there he walked us through everything he had found. He was straight up and did not sugar coat anything. He is great at his job and is family friendly we had to bring our three boys and he interacted with them and was still able to walk us through everything he found.
Patrick made it very easy to get my home inspection done before the end of due diligence. I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future.
Was very responsive, helpful, and overall extremely professional. Would use again
I wanted to choose all of the items listed regarding my experience with David. But it would only let me choose three. So I will add the other two here. Responsiveness and professionalism was a big thumbs up. David did a quick and expertly managed job on my inspection. I found his report to be easy to read and understand as well. I will be seeking his help again soon with another house.
We wanted our rental house inspected before we remodeled it. He was very informative, detailed, and great to work with. Will use him again
