Ken and his team did an amazing job with our front deck. They work with responsibility, great quality and responsiveness and on top of everything their price is very competitive so I would say that they are the complete package. Very easy to work with them -would certainly recommend them to anyone.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Four Seasons Design Build on our recent home remodeling project! They completely transformed our basement, two bathrooms, and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. One of the standout features of working with Ken is that he doesn’t use subcontractors. We had the same crew at our house every day, which meant consistency and trust. The workers were highly skilled, professional, and meticulous and took pride in their craft. They showed up every day and worked diligently until the job was done, completing everything on time. Communication was another area where they excelled. They were always responsive to our questions and any special requests we had and were proactive in offering helpful suggestions to improve both the design and functionality of the spaces. We really appreciated their input—it was clear they had a lot of experience and were dedicated to making sure we were 100% happy with the outcome. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the whole process was stress-free. We now have beautiful, functional spaces that we love spending time in. Ken is a contractor with lots of flexibility - as the project moves forward, he is willing to accommodate things that are logically important to the customer. Marvin, Melbin and Carlos worked as a team. Marvin is an excellent worker, knows his job well. He is an asset to Ken's Company. Cons: A one week project took up a month which was really frustrating as they put in only 3 hours of meaningful work out of an 8 hour work day.
Ken visited the site and helped me with the design, meterial and getting my hoa approvals. The entire project went very smooth. Now I have a beautiful patio in my back yard. Still waiting for sun to come up and we can start using the patio.

Four Seasons Design was was a dream to work with! Ken, the owner of the company was responsive, honest, and very reliable! His crew were some of the hardest working people I have seen! I had an old deck torn down, a new covered deck built, along with a sizable patio! I had a window knocked out and two new sliders replaced! I am thrilled with the outcome of this project! We have had multiple neighbors give us compliments and a few that have already reached out to this company! I highly, highly recommend using Four Seasons design for any projects!

We are extremely happy with the work Ken and his team provided. They tore down the old, aged deck and rebuilt a new modern deck with a large screened-in porch. The quality of the materials, workmanship of the crew, and ultimately the final product is outstanding. They even beat the estimated delivery date. I highly recommend Four Seasons and would definitely work with them again.
Ken and his crew complete a full deck demo and rebuild of screened porch, deck, and lower patio hardscaping. The Team was amazing and the work they delivered was beautiful. We couldn’t be happier! During their time at our house they were one of three crews all working on different projects. Four Seasons was by far the most professional, punctual and affordable of all of the jobs and estimates we received. Ken is so very kind and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Ken and Four Seasons Design Build. We had some issues with zoning that were extremely frustrating, but Ken kept us informed, was flexible, and had some creative ideas to problem solve. The workers did a fantastic job with excellent workmanship. They worked their tails off in extremely cold weather and asked for our feedback and thoughts along the way. We highly recommend Ken and his work!
Probably the worst contractor/middle man you could hire. Never remembers anything you pick out for design purposes(even tho all he does is text messages, so everything is right there). You will be more of the guidance to his “crews” than the person you are paying directly. Good luck trying to get Him to meet with you face to face to go over issues after remodel starts. Make sure you keep track of ALLLL records of payments and contract agreements. While I ended up with a 4 month delay on my kitchen remodel due to “Home depot” messing up the cabinet order during delivery(which was delivered to some lay down yard he has instead of my house where his “crew” was that could have been there to notice the shortage of cabinets), there were numerous other items pertaining to my work requested that could have been done but,…..weren’t. Then you must ask his “crew” almost daily to haul off trash and debris from remodel…instead of them willingly taking trash and debris away daily. His “crews” are basically smaller personal contractors that he hires. Craftsmanship is almost nonexistent with his “crews”. While his “crews” are nice people, I believe them to be in over their heads as the work looked rushed and some things were subpar for cost of job. When I told Ken I needed things fixed and would like to meet with him at my house to personally show him to relay to his “crew” because, the last time I told them what I needed to be redone due to poor quality of work, they did half of what I asked and just tried to cover over the half they attempted to fix, I was never able to have him meet me. I was unable to have him FaceTime me to point out problem areas. He finally texted me and asked to get with his “crew” before they leave and make sure everything was done right, it was not. Drywall work had numerous pock marks from bubbles, instead of block sanding areas flat and smooth(like you would expect from “professionals”) they just added and tried to keep blending more mud. The grouting in between floor tiles kept crumbling out…still is! Just stay away from this man and his buisness. There is nothing professional about him in regards to being a contractor. You will end up leading his crews for the most part…..BE WARNED!
I usually don't write reviews because when I read a review, I always have in the back of my head this voice that saying "he wrote it for himself, its not real". Well this one is real: I posted a project in thumbtack and got various pros that came over to give quotes. Out of all of them, Ken appeared to be the least likely to be picked for the job. Its odd to say but out of all of the contractors that came in, he seemed the least experienced with the type of work I needed. That changed when we started to talk, he actually gave me pointers and expressed a totally different opinion than the rest (including myself). The 5 star review is because his recommendations were right on the money. He and his crew went above and beyond the scope to make make sure that I'm happy. Look no further, you got an excellent company here.

Ken is very knowledgeable and an honest broker. We compared various deck specialists and found some commonalities among the quotes and assessments. With Ken, we found that he did not try to upcharge or recommend unnecessary, additions to consider. In fact, when we offered up other contractor’s assessments, he provided context on their recommendations and shared his professional opinion on why the recommendations were unnecessary. He could have simply agreed with the other assessment and undercut the price; but, he stayed true and said they were not needed. Additionally, his crew, led by Cano (sp?) is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and effective. They installed the rear beam to bring our old deck into code and did so with utmost care to the existing patio bricks and surrounding landscape. These guys impressed us and acted like quiet professionals. We will absolutely use them for our next project. We found our go to people!!!! Great job, Ken and crew!
I ended up postponing the project so didn't get a chance to work with them. However, Ken was very professional and kind to provide all the information for the project. I will definitely use them in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our beautiful new patio! Ken and his team were SO efficient and made our vision for a patio come to life in just 4 short days! (They had to remove our ground level deck before putting down the patio so we were extremely impressed they started and finished this project so quickly!) We would highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for an awesome deck or patio!
The owner showed up an hour late for the estimate. I received little to no professional opinion on the project. When I received the estimate it was 3x more than what other contractors had come up with. Not only was it considerably more expensive he noted I would have to apply for the permit, and be responsible to cut a tree myself. I decided against using this company for my project.
