Very happy with the work. I originally hired Framing & Siding Construction to repair a small area of water-damaged soffit and fascia. Once they opened the area up, they found additional rot in the roof decking and a leak around the shingles. They took photos of the hidden damage, explained what they found, and gave me a reasonable additional price before doing the extra work. They replaced the damaged soffit and fascia, repaired about a 3' × 4' section of roof decking and shingles, caulked and painted everything to match, and cleaned up the job site afterward. I appreciated that they didn’t just cover up the problem—they actually found the source of the damage and repaired it properly. The whole process was straightforward, the pricing was reasonable, and the finished work looks good. I would use them again.

Jose and his crew did a great job doing a small roof repair over my garage that had a leak. Jose was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. They were able to schedule the job quickly and I’m happy with the result. Would work them again!
I am so very impressed . I had to get a small repair done to my roof and soffit to close on my refi. it was a completely unexpected repair ylthat had to be done ASAP. The came out the next day, right on time, had the repair done in hours, even matched up paint for me! They also did a spotless cleanup. Excellent job and I will use them again!
Jose and his team did a great job extending our roof and siding. Very happy with their quality of work and professionalism. Will definitely use them again
He was the only one who actually gave me a quote from my pictures and description of Job. Price was in line with what I expected. They did a Very nice job of repairing damage roof shingles. Highly recommend them
Jose sent a team that was very punctual, professional, and did the job the right way. They cleaned up the work site after themselves and had it looking better than before they came.
They did the project for the half the price within an hour and a half. Looks amazing.
It was great working with Jose to resolve my siding issue. The strong winds from a past storm pulled an 8x4 piece of stucco siding. He scheduled a time and came equipped to finish up the siding. They painted the stucco to match my house and cleaned up any loose debris. The house looks amazing again.
Contacted Jose via Thumbtack and he responded in minutes. Had some vinyl siding repairs and fascia repair requested by my new insurance company. Photos were sent and the crew was out within a few days to make repairs as priced. Excellent work for an excellent price as originally stated. Will definitely use them again as we work through a 40+ year old home’s exterior issues. Great job!
Soffit repair. Quality Work. Damage was worse than what we could see from the ground. We received an updated quote with photos. They were able to complete all the repairs in one day.
I hired Framing & Siding Construction to do facia & soffit work. Also to rebuild a shingled window awning. Communication was great, quick to respond. They showed up on time, very courteous, and professional. They cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Framing & Siding Construction. Don’t hesitate to call for an estimate!
Quick response and knocked this out the next morning. Friendly personnel.
Jose's guys showed up quickly right when they said they would and knocked out my hardi board siding repair quickly. Looks great.
This team is vey responsive, they showed up and completed the work as promised with good quality and very hard workers that did not stop until they were done. I would use them again and I do recommend them.
This company did an amazing job on our home. They did quality work and at all times keep me informed of their progress. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
They did an excellent job replacing a damaged beam, soffit, and fascia on the front of my home. Would definitely use again.
Framing and Siding Construction was by far one of the top companies I have had the pleasure to work with. I had them install all new Hardi Plank over the existing 117 siding along with a vapor barrier and box out the eves on this old house. They are the BEST siding company in the Houston area and I have tried many as a real estate investor. The attention to detail is great and the crew onsite works as a fluid team which indicates a position work culture. I'll definitely be using them on my many projects.
The quality of work was good the clean up was fair the transparency in dealing with company was poor the owner doesn't Honor his bid/contract tried to change figures said he made a mistake and then tried to tell me that chimney cap was custom and would be 550 Dollars more I have all this in writing and proof via text and email messages would not recommend to anyone thumbtack should remove the company from their site
Horrible customer service
Jose and his team did a great job installing Hardiplank siding on our property. The showed up and started working when they said they would and finished in the time they indicated. The team was respectful to my tenants and put everything back in it's correct location when they finished. Jose was quick to respond to text messages and sent pictures as requested. I would highly recommend Jose and his company without hesitation.
