Frank’s skill in putting in flooring is excellent and before I knew it the floor was in. He gave me great advice on what flooring to purchase and responded to my messages quickly. He was on time to the minute and it amazed me how he could calculate things in his head for the exact amount of stuff needed.
I wish I could give Frank more than 5 stars! Frank installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen along with new baseboards and removed all of the existing carpet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors are absolutely beautiful. The rooms flows seamlessly, the transitions are flawless, and the attention to detail is second to none. It’s obvious that Frank takes tremendous pride in his craftsmanship, and it shows in every inch of his work. What impressed me just as much as the finished product was Frank’s incredible work ethic. He is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever hired. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently from the moment he got there, and accomplished an unbelievable amount of work without ever sacrificing quality. His dedication and professionalism are truly exceptional. I wasn’t always clear about everything I needed at the beginning of the project, and as things came up, I had additional requests and questions. Frank was incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating every step of the way. He was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted. He never made me feel like I was asking too much and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the finished result. From my very first phone call, Frank was responsive, courteous, and reliable. He returned my call right away, answered every question promptly, and communicated throughout the entire project. He also treated my home with great respect. After removing all of the old carpet, he neatly bundled it and stacked it at the curb for collection. He cleaned up thoroughly every day and left the work area spotless. That level of care and professionalism is hard to find. Frank exceeded every expectation I had. His craftsmanship, work ethic, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile set him apart. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I made during my home renovation, and I recommend him without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing outstanding work, look no further than Frank. Thank you for transforming my home!
Frank is very experienced and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and worked non-stop to install flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The floors look great.
Frank did an excellent job installing my Mom’s kitchen flooring. She is very pleased with the results. Frank was professional and arrived to do the work when he said he would. I would certainly recommend him for flooring installation.
Frank was great! He has many years of experience and because he has no workers to pay, the cost for him to lay our new kitchen floor was very reasonable! I found Frank on the Next Door App. The reviews were really good! My husband and I highly recommend Frank if you are in need of a new floor!!
Frank did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn't be happier. Cost was competitive and quality of work is fantastic. Plus, he's a super nice guy! Thanks, Frank! (Before photo included)
