We hired Frank to cook dinners for our family vacation and we were very glad we did! He easily accomodated our group of 10 adults and 2 young children with our special requests and dietary restrictions. We especially loved his Italian specialties- eggplant rolatini, tomato sauce, seafood sauce, meatballs, Chicken Vesuvio and Porchetta. He adjusted the spice after we told him we liked it hot! He suggested the menu after he learned about our tastes and Italian family background. The kids normally eat just buttered noodles but they loved his tomato sauce made from freshly picked tomatoes. He cooked for 3 of our 7 nights and there was lots of leftovers for lunches. The desserts- fresh cannoli, Tiramisu and Limoncello cake were amazing. His homemade balsamic salad dressing was perfect! Frank is extremely warm and friendly, and he blended in nicely with the family vibe. We wish we could take him home with us!

Chef Frankie D was so awesome, that we each wanted to leave a review below. He was very professional and patient with our bachelorette party. He did not complain even when we had to push our dinner back an hour on the day of. He gave us plenty of food and the portion sizes were very filling. The steak and salmon were cooked perfectly! I would definitely hire again! Food was flavorful and tasted good ! The chef was friendly and quick ! Overall a nice experience. I thought the chef was professional and humorous. The food was seasoned well with lots of leftovers. I think it was the extra care and little things that really made him stand out from other chefs that were interviewed. I would hire him again. The chef was friendly and gave a lot of food choices and options.

Chef Frank was a pleasure to work with. We hired him for my father’s 75th birthday and he taught a class on how to prepare some of his favorite foods. Everyone had a great time! We’ll hire him again.
Thought we were booking a cooking class. Instead he just served dinner. We could have just gone to a fine restaurant. His home is a small condo...5 of us barely fit in his dining area. Decor was nice and he's a very nice man, but this was not at all what I expected.
I surprised my husband with Chef Frank for his very last day of work! Husband retired after 44 years with the YMCA! Chef Frank was absolutely wonderful and made us lasagna, chicken visuvio, salad, bruschetta, and chocolate cake for dessert! We even had leftovers tonight, with even more left over for tomorrow! Then he cleaned up! I’d hire him again for sure. Thank you, Chef Frank!

Chef Frank, from DiMaria Culinary was absolutely AMAZING! Can't explain how happy I am with his skills. He was very personable & worked his way around our kitchen & found what he needed with no problem. He made my honey's birthday very memorable. We started off sipping a cool glass of wine followed by, a great appetizer of homemade pesto, mozzarella and tomato on toast. Then we had a nice salad of leafy greens, a fabulous variety of sides, onion souffle, spinach lasagne and sauteed cauliflower & Brussels sprouts. Chicken cacciatore was the main dish and banana, nutella crepes with strawberries, oranges and chocolate to top it all off for dessert. Chef Frank served us and waited on us hand & foot. He even cleaned the kitchen and made leftovers for two days. Glad my honey was stunned & truly happy!
Hired Chef Frank to cook a meal for my Mom as a birthday present. First experience with something like this. She enjoyed the preparation in her kitchen and said the meal was good. My parents are diabetic so the menu was zuchini noodles in a tomato based sauce, chicken vesuvio (not spicy), and roasted cauliflower. They both liked it and it was fun to know they were doing something new even at 74!
Chef Frank was very professional and quick to respond to all queries. He was flexible in scheduling and location and considerate given that we were in the middle of moving houses. The lesson was a birthday present for my 9 year old daughter and he made it an event to remember. I would highly recommend Chef Frank for cooking/baking lessons.
