Frankie did a fantastic job clearing and repairing our clogged and broken drain. He arrived in a timely fashion and worked hard clearing our sink AND repairing our broken drain. He even took off his shoes before coming into our house, which my wife greatly appreciated). We now have Frankie in our contacts and moving forward he will be our Plumber guy!

He gave me a quote for $450 and cancelled on me. Than next day he said $500 for the job. I asked why he changed the price and than responded "I will pass hire someone else". Not to sure what happen but yeah...

He was not able to diagnose a simple and fairly common bathtub drain leak. He was not able to identify the source in his inspection visit (a $150 charge) and wanted to open up the ceiling on another visit to investigate further. I hired another plumber who was able to immediately guess the reason for the leak from my description over the phone and was able to fix it in ~10 mins visit without opening up any drywall. The other plumber told me it is a very common issue with bathtub drain seals and that is why he was able to diagnose and fix very quickly.
Replaced a corroded flange on toilet inlet line. Nothing was leaking so dont know why all rusted. Looks much better.

Overpriced and mediocre service. Charged $700 to replace and install a one piece toilet, did not chalk the toilet where it touches the floor. When he could not fit the hand spray bidet in its regular space, without even asking me screwed it to my vanity, which now looks ugly and damaged my vanity. While shifting the new toilet he scratched my wooden floor. Does not even carry his cleaning supplies. Will never use anyone from thumbtack after this experience.
Frankie, was professional and responsive. My hot water boiler was leaking at night. He responded to my message within 20 minutes and offered to turn off my boiler that night since I was not home. The next day he bought a boiler and replaced. He took the damaged boiler with him. I would recommend Frankie to other homeowners.
We found the wall behind the washer covered in mold. Panic and couldn't get any response from anyone that we called. Frankie responded right away and told us he would be here the next day. Less than 15mins he found the cause of the leak and fixed it. And he takes venmo, which is so convenient too.
If I could give this douche a rating it would be a zero. Came to my house turned off the water and charged me $600. He came to tell me you have a burst pipe….no kidding. Instead of telling me just shut your water off and then get it fixed he came to my house at 3 in the morning to shut my water off and charge me $600. Will be goi by to court and file reports. BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!
Very quick response, very communicative and friendly and was done in about an hour. Replaced outdoor faucet and indoor pipe.
Frankie was incredibly fast to respond to my posting and fixed 2 toilets in my house. Both had not been installed properly and required shims to keep them steady. One had a tank that was not tightened. And one required a new wax ring. Frankie was thorough, helpful, and recommended someone to help build up a proper base for a toilet on an extremely not level floor (house is 120+ years old).
