⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Work! Highly Recommend! We recently hired Franklin Roofing to finish our hallway and laundry area floors, and they did an absolutely incredible job! The installer was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. As you can see from the before and after photos, the transformation from bare subfloor to the completed Shaw Floorté luxury vinyl plank flooring is seamless. Every cut around the doorways, trim, and tight corners near the washer and dryer is completely flawless. The floors look beautiful, feel incredibly solid, and the cleanup was spotless. If you want top-tier quality and a smooth, hassle-free experience, look no further than Franklin Roofing. We couldn’t be happier with how this turned out!
Franklin has been outstanding - quick response, on time, great work and personable. We are pleased with everything he has done and would highly recommend. Power washed our home and two decks along with sealing them. He hung drywall in three rooms, built shelves in the bathroom, replaced a ceiling fan, replaced outdoor light and built a beautiful small door. Would definitely reach back out to him for future work.
I have very high expectations and Franklin exceeded them which is very hard to do. Any other projects we have, he will be the first person we call.
Franklin surpassed my expectations. He was extremely thorough, was happy to provide invaluable advice to make sure I kept my roof in good shape, and did a great job overall and left the work area cleaner than when he found it. Recommend contacting Franklin first for your roofing job!
Franklin did a very nice job installing a new outlet for me. He was kind, professional, and performed a quality job.
I had an issue where I accidentally pulled up my LVP flooring in my kitchen and tried replacing the planks myself. Bad idea. That’s where Franklin Roofing came in to save the day. The owner Franklin was articulate and professional. He was on time and masterfully repaired my floor. This gentleman is an expert full stop. The best part of this was he was 400$ cheaper than his competitors. I am so thankful to Franklin and his company. Please if you need any work done and done right give Franklin a call.
Franklin did a great job installing our over-the-range outlet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was a great value. I would definitely recommend Franklin for electrical work and would hire him again.
My experience was excellent!!! Franklin throughly explained what needed to be done, and his pricing was more than fair. I would definitely recommend him for siding and roofing jobs!!!
Franklin did a great job on our gutters and roof problem which was causing a small leak down to the front door. He arrived well on time for the job and immediately went to work. He also did a great job replacing the trim/base board of our front door. Once he was done, he thoroughly cleaned up the areas and left no mess behind. The thing that makes Franklin unique is he analyzes the problem using his 25 years of experience and will give you different options for the repair(s); one where you spend a little more for best long term solution and one that will save you money but shorter “shelf life”. He doesnt force anything on you but will tell you if something is not sufficient or if something is not necessary. I would recommend him and will hire him again for sure.
Franklin is amazing. I won’t use anyone else A+++++
Franklin did cleaning, repair and rerouting of my gutters. He was very personable and professional. He discussed all the issues (including the ones I didn’t know I had), he was punctual and got right to work. The quality of his work was above my expectations. This was great service for a reasonable price. I would recommend him highly and will definitely have him come back for any future issues.
Excellent experience and knowledgeable
Franklin did an amazing job installing our front door. From the first interaction I knew we would hire him because he explained everything to us (what he was going to do when he installed the door). We will definitely be hiring him again.
