Frank’s Power is a Business with one full time and four part-time employees. The owner earned a masters degree in electrical engineering. We have been in business since 2019 in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in Circuit Breaker Boxes, kitchen remodels, EV charger and dryer connections, Smart Home Installations, as well as more advanced electrical troubleshooting. We generally charge $90/hr with a $40 visit charge. If we come with more people, they will be charged at lower rates. Here is a list of estimates as well as fixed prices for various projects: - EV charger starting from $400. Price increases with distance from the breaker box. We will guarantee * a maximum price of $500 on EV chargers within five feet of the breaker box **. - New sub panel starting at $300. - Ceiling fans $170 fixed price for ceiling replacement. - Simple chandeliers $130 fixed price, if light point already exists on ceiling 8.5 feet or lower *. * Additional travel charges for San Francisco or Fremont will apply. ** If no new breakers can be added to the breaker box, additional charges will apply.

I needed an outlet installed by one of my toilets. My building had some horizontal studs but Frank was able to use a special camera tool to find space in between the walls and route power from my existing outlet to the installation location of the new outlet. He also only had to make 1 cut in the drywall which was easy to repair

I hired Frank for a new outlet to be put in my garage. He needed to undo the work of a previous electrician and actually get the job done right, which he did. He communicated well on the job to get input from me when needed and was able to answer any questions I had. When I have electrical work in the future that requires a professional touch, I will be calling Frank.
While changing a light fixture on my own, we discovered there was no j-box in the wall behind the old fixture. Frank was responsive, had all of the materials needed, did the work quickly- bringing the light fixture up to code, and took care to clean the work area leaving it as it was before he arrived.
