Paul was incredibly responsive right off the bat. He even was flexible in how he communicated with me based on my schedule, which I appreciated. He did an excellent job on my pond and I went above and beyond. My pond hadn’t been professionally serviced in two years and it is sparkling, gleaming clean now and my fish are very happy. I am thrilled to have found such a capable and competent professional, who was able to work with my schedule and my communication style. I’m very happy with the outcome and will definitely continue to work with him and his company.

The owner led me to believe he was interested in doing the work i needed only to leave me hanging. Wouldn't answer calls or texts. At one point, he stated he would come out and i took the afternoon off of work to accommodate him. He never showed up. Wouldn't answer calls or texts. Not sure how he stays in business.
