Great guy! Came out looked at the issue like a pro. He just went ahead and fixed all the issues that were there for my lawn. He figured multiple areas. Gave me the cost implications and negotiated the price and explained the reason for the cost. Did not push for anything extra but just got stuff done. Well done!
He came out the same day and repaired not only the sprinkler head that was broken, but he detected other leaks and repaired them and he also looked up my watering schedule and set my sprinkler system to come on automatically according to my schedule. I've been setting it manually; it was really helpful.
Fredis did an excellent job helping me repair my Rainbird sprinkler system. He was able to get it back online and working again. The underground electrical line had been cut by a separate plumbing repair job and he was able to diagnose and fix it. He also made time to inspect all of the sprinkler heads and helped me figure out how to get my wifi network communicating with the system app. In a couple of hours' time, my sprinkler system is working again like new! Highly recommend Fredis and will look to him again in the future. 🙏🙏

I reached out. Initial response was immediate since it was system generated. From then on missed two appointments. The latest one he didn’t respond to my morning inquiry on ETA and just never showed up. No problem if jobs run late. That’s understandable. But you should let the client know you can’t make it.

While we had to wait to get out availabilities and emergencies coordinated, we worked together to get the job done (that to me is collaboration). What impressed me was his willingness to work with you. Because of where we live, everyone wanted to charge a fee to just come over the assess. Fredis initially started without a fee, but once he found where we live, also wanted a fee to just come. But pretty quickly we arrived at a solution that if the job was over a certain time, we would not have to pay for the fee else we would (that to me is consideration). When he arrived we quickly assessed and fixed a major issue with a broken pipe in lawn irrigation and then moved on to fixing the smaller issues. He worked continuously until all issues were resolved (that to me is Efficient, Diligent and Effective). While he primarily speaks Spanish, he brought along his nephew who is young, enterprising, supports Fredis in the work and also acts as a translator. While we paid more that I had planned for, I was happy with the experience and the results. We intend to use Fredis again should anything else pop up (pun intended) in the future.
