Mike was quick to arrive, thorough in his work and very honest and fair pricing. Definitely recommend.
My experience with Fred's was very good, professional and worth it, 2 nice guys came, they did not go on roof or perform inspection on chimney but did a good job with the sweep, which is what I asked for, id recommend them and use them again
They came on time and keep my place clean while they are doing the work. Gave me some good advice. The price is great. Will use again.
Quick to respond. Fair priced. Recommendations about what to improve. Would recommend and would use again
Courteous scheduling, quick response, prompt service, fair pricing, can't ask for much else!
I called them for my laundry vent duct cleaning. They cleaned my laundry duct AND furnace for under 200 dollars when I was quoted 400 dollars by another company. They already earned my business permanently and you will be happy to give them yours. I already referred them to a few of my coworkers.
very responsive and easy to work with. great technician. would use them again.
Mike and Will arrived earlier than expected which was great. They completed the job in a timely fashion and Mike explained to me what work should be done on my chimney. He took pictures and provided detailed paper work on the work recommended. Going forward, I will be using Fred’s Chimney.
Excellent work. Fair analysis and pricing. The professional who came to my house was also very kind and patient with my son, who is special needs, who was very curious and inquisitive about his work. I really appreciated it. I will definitely use again.
They were polite, on time, well priced, and detail focused. Made the job easy for us.
Too bad you can only pick 3 qualities. Everything was great with them the responsiveness, the punctuality, the work, the courteous and friendly attitude of the workers. They did their job well and made sure everything was back in place properly. I will definitely use them again.
Very responsive and great communication and follow up the whole way. Very professional and gave a clear indication of what needed to be done and why.
Lovely to work with - so happy to have our fireplace accessible to us, finally!
They called the night before to confirm and they arrived on time. They were very neat ,clean and professional with my fireplace insert and chimney. Would use them again. I am a happy customer.
Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Annette was a pleasure to speak with over the phone...she kept in close contact and let me know when the driver was on his way to my house. The two men who came to clean out the duct were also extremely nice, professional and operated with a smile on their face. Very upbeat and personable. Most importantly their work was thorough, quick, and at a VERY FAIR Price! I will be their customer from now on and fully recommend.
The job was not the type of work they do but took the time to respond and guide me to a contractor that could. A+++ Will use them in the future
I messaged Fred's Chimney Magic through Thumbtack for an estimate to clean my dryer vent. I had no idea if my dryer vent was blocked with lint, but I wanted to be sure there wasn't a problem. Dryer vents can become clogged and cause a fire if they are not regularly maintained. Annette contacted me within minutes and I was able to schedule a free estimate. Chris and Dan showed up in a commercial van and were upfront about the $89 flat fee to clean the vent. However, before I agreed to have them do the work, they did an inspection of the vent to see how blocked it was. They used their tools and pulled out a substantial amount of lint from the exterior vent. I knew I needed to have this work done, so I accepted the fee and they did the work. About 40 mins and a shopping bagful of dryer lint later, they were done. I have peace of mind knowing that my vent is clean and safe and I'll be sure to call Fred's Chimney Magic again! If you are trying to figure out if you should get this work done, don't waste another minute. Call them.
