I hired Kelton and his team for a full interior paint job and a few handyman tasks, including ceiling fan installations for a rental home. What should’ve been a 3-5 day project turned into a drawn-out, 3 and half -week ordeal filled with delays, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism. They didn’t start on time—after quoting a Monday start, they didn’t begin until over a week later. Even then, they only worked late in the day, which made it difficult to coordinate with other scheduled services. Kelton himself rarely did the work—he'd occasionally stop by dressed professionally to check in on his brother and father, who handled most of the labor. While his family was polite and well-meaning, there was a clear lack of communication from Kelton, both to me and to his own team. Several items from the quote were either left incomplete or required repeated follow-up, including closet painting and three bedroom doors that were never properly finished. I also had to deal with poor care of my home—no drop cloths were used in my living room, leaving tiny paint specks on my hardwood floors. On top of that, I asked for ceiling fans to be installed, and my husband had to take one down because they were moving too slowly. One of the fans was installed so poorly it shook badly when turned on. When I brought it up, Kelton claimed he didn’t know, which felt careless and unprofessional since he is on the set supposedly. After paying in full, I asked him not to install my dishwasher due to all the ongoing issues. He agreed to refund me that portion, but instead returned to my home unannounced and installed it anyway—despite my clear request—and kept the money. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I had to bring in someone else to wrap up the work. I do not recommend Kelton’s services and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau on principle!!

Kelton did an awesome job mounting my TV! It looks perfect—totally level and super clean. He was really friendly, easy to talk to, and super flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!
Mr French did an amazing job , first he was available to see all my projects. Took the time to work with my schedule and do an amazing job natal long and mounting two tv and very priceless mirror and misc othe items I need to be placed on the wall. He left no mess and even purchased the tv mount for me and brought it with him. Completely satisfied!! I will use French Fix in the future!!!
Was able to complete a last minute fix after another company canceled on us an hour before they were supposed to be there. They were able to show up close enough to the other company’s scheduled time that our tenant did not have to change their plans or go another day without hot water.
Standup guy, got back to me incredibly quickly, did high quality work, would absolutely hire him again.
