Mathias was exceptional on every front. We had him prepare two meals for a family gathering . on the first night, a number of the family members were late due to flights , and the timing kept changing . he never missed a beat , and the meal came out exceptional despite the fact it was substantially later than anticipated . the food was beyond excellent , the presentation was exquisite, and the menu remarkable . my family was blown away.. I fully recommend him

We needed a very specialized diet given her restrictions and he prepared everything in accordance with her doctor’s food item list. And it was delicious!
