We loved having the service in! Housekeeper arrived on time, was attentive to detail, and worked quickly. Communication through the app was prompt and clear. Only small complaint was that the housekeeper seemed unaware of the additional add-ons we requested during booking. Not to be much of an issue, though, as I believe it was cleared up on the back end. Overall, would highly recommend. Thank you!
Had a great experience! The team was on time and completed an extremely thorough deep clean of my apartment and completed the work in just 2 hours. Would highly recommend.
Crisp, beautiful clean home. Refrigerator cleaned, oven cleaned, laundry, shiny! Hired for 2X monthly. Wow!
I can't thank Alina and Fresh Cleaning Seattle enough for coming by to do a deep clean for my client in such a tight time window. Great communication and great work throughout! Thanks again, and I look forward to scheduling another service.
Easy communication and booking and great cleaning. We have light hardwood floors that get dirty easily and they did a wonderful job getting them fresh and clean again!
I had a great experience with this cleaning service. The cleaner did an excellent job and was very polite and professional. The company responded quickly to my inquiry, and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciate their work and would happily hire them again.
The clean is generally ok, but they skip some places hoping you wouldn’t notice. They skipped like 5 drawers and I noticed 3 of them and requested them to do it, especially when I’m paying extra for it. One of the women speaks English but when I asked about the walls inside the clothes closet not being done they said that’s not included even though they only mentioned extra charges for glass window, drawers, oven and inside of fridge. The walls was never explicitly mentioned, I think they left the walls inside the clothes drawer because they had another appointment and had to go. The women who can speak English well, does tend to pretend to not knowing English all that well and uses google translate to translate from the language she speaks, creating a sense of not being able to communicate and would like to leave. They also skipped the laundry room entirely until I noticed and requested them to do it. This service is at best ok and at worst will skip many areas if not for the person hiring checking in if the work is completed. Overall need to have supervision to get good results.
I hired Fresh cleaning Seattle to do a "move out cleaning" of my daughter's apt. She lived there for 7 years. Fresh Cleaning was responsive to my requests, proactive with its communication and reasonably priced. They sent 2 people who worked quickly and cleaned thoroughly the entire 2.5 hours. They tackled some pretty grimy areas but the place sparkled after they were done. I would definitely hire them again.
They did such a great job on my mother’s condo, she fell ill so we’re having to sell it. They were on time and worked so hard and did the little details you don’t expect. They even cleaned the washer and dryer and put a load in the dryer for me. I told everyone in my family about them and will tell my friends and co workers, will hire again for sure, such a great company
