Very professional and punctual, great value. Workers were very courteous. Sectional looks like new.
Extremely happy with how fast I was able to book an appointment and the service I received. They cleaned 3 areas rugs, the quote was good, and my house smells fresher and the rugs are looking good. I will be using them soon to refresh my sectional and a couple more area rugs.
Allan and his team are very professional they let me know ahead of time when they were on their way, the professionalism was outstanding respectful and polite grooming standard are top notch very professional team my best experience having my carpets cleaned and the attention to detail they took to ensure ever stain was gone and on my cloth recliner it looks brand new. if you want a great team to clean your carpets and cloth furniture this is the ONLY team to ask for you will not be disappointed I will never search for another company again I will calm them everytime from now on. Thank you Allan and your team.
They are very professional, accommodating, and responsive.
Very professional and very fast! The couches looked great!
I received a response almost instantly with a quote. They came out within a day. The tech was on time and gave professional greeting and then proceeded to work. He did an outstanding job. I am very pleased.
Man, they were so good, they got back to me within a minute of me reaching out. They scheduled and came in the following morning texted 30 minutes before they arrived. Arrived sharply on time showed up did the job and we’re out in maybe an hour and a half flat and did an absolutely phenomenal job.
They were professional but i think they need a better cleaning product because the product they used did not get out normal wear and tear stains/dirt. One room had a washable marker spot on the carpet and there machine did not get it out. I later got it out with a simple scrub using a Clorox wipe. The carpet looks clean except for the two most high traffic rooms, living room and dining room. Was told the carpet would dry in 3-4 hours and 18 hours later it’s still wet even with leaving windows open all night and fans on including a high volume fan!
Sean was great! Our couch looks brand new! Highly recommend.
If I could give 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s I would. The young man as here 10 mins early, took his time for quality. Very professional, and kind. Customer service goes along way in this house and I would definitely recommend them just based off of that. The quality of work is impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. When I need my carpets cleaned in the future I will definitely be using FRESH N CLEAN again. Thank you very very much for making my carpets look new again. We appreciate you. ☺️
Allen was on time, respectful and did an excellent job cleaning a recliner that had been in the garage for years. It very look good, you not tell it had been out in the dust and dirt for years.
After a long time I had a positive experience via Thumbtack. They were prompt, responsive, and ethical charging for effective work done and telling me honestly when something wouldn't work. Very thankful and appreciative. Will recommend! Added sample before and after photos
The upholstery cleaner was very polite, and spent a long time cleaning the rocking chair. He also cleaned up afterwards.
I had my rugs cleaned by Allen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Not only did he do an amazing job making my rugs look brand new, but he was also incredibly kind, professional, and punctual. He took the time to do the job properly, handled everything with care, and made sure everything was on point. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need of thorough and friendly rug cleaning!
