DO NOT HIRE FNZ MOVING OR REGINALD NELSON! I had a terrible experience with FNZ Moving on January 31, 2025. The owner, Reginald Nelson, abandoned my move halfway through, claiming he was "tired" and refusing to complete the job. He left my belongings in disarray, causing over $6,738 in damages, including a ruined Sleep Number bed, a broken piano, an upside-down dining table, and black fingerprints all over my white chairs from improper handling. To make matters worse, he still demanded payment for 13 hours of service, even though he spent most of the time sitting on the truck and cursing at his workers, my family, and me. His behavior was so aggressive that the police had to be called, and he was banned from my property under threat of trespassing charges. FNZ Moving falsely claimed to have insurance but has refused to provide any insurance details for me to file a claim. I have repeatedly contacted them, but they ignore my messages. Due to their negligence, I had to hire another moving service at the last minute, costing me additional fees. I even had to send a formal cease and desist letter because of Mr. Nelson's threats and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against hiring FNZ Moving, Reginald Nelson, or anyone associated with him. Save yourself the stress, money, and damage!

I had a great experience with this contractor for a move of items from an apartment unit to a storage unit, plus some furniture and junk removal. The moving team was professional, informative, responsive to my requirements, and brought the necessary boxes that I needed and quickly packed the 30 boxes of clothing and shoes that needed to be moved. I highly recommend!

I needed movers to move a heavy 3-piece living room set from my place within 48hrs. To make matters worse, I live on the 3rd floor of a building that contains no elevators. I was recommended to check out this site and that’s when I came across Reggie’s listing. I sent my request after 10pm was shocked to receive a reply that same night. After some discussion, he was willing to come and complete the job the following day. Reggie and his partner was QUICK! They were able to get the 3 piece set out my place, down the stairs, and on the truck in less than 20min! I was very impressed. I would use his services again :)
