Cody was the most professional, talented, person of his trade of all the people that I had hired for my kitchen renovation. He is a one man operation that did a complete kitchen cabinet and floor installation in an unbelievable time. I also wanted him to refinish my hard wood floors but he was to far out for me to get job completed and moved back into my house. Keep up the good work Cody, you are a real PRO!!

We recently hired Frontier Millworks for installation of new flooring throughout our home in Prescott Valley. The floors were amazing! We live in a historic house and were worried about damaging them. They were sanded down and finished and look like new. We had no idea what we were doing and he guided us through it (stain, no satin, what finish). He was able to get the job done quickly! Price wise he was right in line with everyone else but professionalism, advice and quality he gets an A+!
He is definitely a professional. If you want a good job done and bring your floors back to NEW, he is definitely the one to hire.

After either being blown off by other floor refinishers, or ignored entirely, I'm grateful to have found Cody. The communication was good, and Cody was able to complete the project on fairly short notice and at a fair price. The floor looks great, with little to no dust generated (huge thing for me). I would recommend Cody for your floor refinishing! (In fact, I just did a couple hours ago. :) )

Cody, the owner, was very responsive, & prompt in his response to provide a quote & was very easy to deal with. It was more difficult for him because we haven’t moved to the new property yet. However, he was very flexible and cooperative with whatever I suggested for meeting times. I’ve never had hardwood floors in my home, so he was very clear in what he needed to do and matched the other wood on the trim & spindles on the stairs perfectly! I would highly recommend Frontier Hardwood to anyone looking to get their floors refinished. My floors were scratched really bad and they looked just beautiful when he was done!
Cody installed 100 year old reclaimed red oak. The temporary kitchen lights didn’t show the pictures the same, but it’s beautiful!
Frontier did a great job on my floors. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I have 1930's wood floor the look wonderful now.
Our 1895 house floors needed some love and that’s exactly what they got! They showed up on time, got to work right away and actually suggested that we do test stains as I wasn’t sure what level of gray would cover the “age spots”. While Cody did that his brother went to work to make sure I could see how the bedroom floor sanded to see if I wanted a stain or if we were able to keep it natural. Basically they were understanding, hard working men! Can not wait to have them finish the rest of the house after our kids grow a bit. And if you’re worried about strangers in your home, Cody had my keys while away for three days. Absolutely trustworthy. Beautiful work!
Cory installed a subfloor for me when there was water leakage in a condo I was remodeling. He responded quickly, made himself available quickly and installed the subfloor in very short order. Looking forward to him installing the luxury vinyl plank!
