Frontline was the first to respond to my Thumbtack post, even though it was a weekend. They arrived the next day and made quick work of removing the wasps nest on my porch. They were polite and calm. Glad to have it removed.

Alex has been helping me deal with a roach issue in my downtown condo, and he has been a total lifesaver. Because I currently live out of town, handling this remotely could have been stressful, but Alex made it seamless. He is highly professional, friendly, and offers fair and reasonable pricing. He even went out of his way to offer me a ride when I was in town. Fantastic service from a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend!

I had Alex come out and inspect the house. He was very personable, very professional, and he did a great job explaining to me things that I didn’t quite understand initially. He was very patient with my questions and help me feel reassured that the job will be done well. I really appreciate Alex being so quick to respond, especially knowing that I have a toddler and an infant. I gave him my allotted times and told him when I needed to go, and he came promptly and made sure the job was done before I needed to go. I will definitely be calling him for any pester rodent problems in the future.

Alex took care of my rat infestation. He did a thorough job, first setting traps inside the house and bait stations around the exterior and checked them every few days . Then he cleaned up droppings etc and sanitized the whole inside of the house including cupboards and under furniture. He also covered any holes he found inside the house from the inside and under the house to prevent any coming in and also covered floor vents. I feel safe in my house now knowing he did such a thorough job. I highly recommend him. I want to amend my review since I cant delete it. After I wrote it I noticed that a lot of the things that were in the original agreement were not done. There was supposed to be rodent droppings removed but there were some left. Also sealing all of the entry points into the house was in the agreement but only 2 out of 10 were sealed. Also agreement said that the inside of my home would be sanitized but only the living room and kitchen were. Not the bathrooms or bedrooms. I have photos. I had to hire a new pest control company to seal the entry points. I had the house cleaned and sanitized myself since it wasn't done per the written agreement we had.

I contacted Frontline Pest Experts very late one night about a rat who decided to live rent-free in my garage storage room. Alex responded almost instantly assuring me he'd be able to help. After scheduling a visit, he showed up on time and was extremely professional and easy to work with. He set a few traps in the storage room and within a few hours the rat was trapped. Alex returned the next morning to collect the dead rat and trap, but left the other two traps in place just in case. I haven't had a problem since.

Thumbtack will only allow me to rate three categories. But I will say not only the value and work was good. This company was on time. It is very hard to find a company that take pride in their business these days. They were even able to fit me in same day. A rat took over my patio and the amount of poop was crazy. But Alex and his team did an amazing job removing and Deep cleaning my patio. Life savers! Also, they removed and disposed all my damage patio furniture that the rat destroyed.

Used this company to get rid of ants, yet there are still trails. Outside and coming into the house. Waste of money.
