Very responsiveness and professional. Even though I did not use them as the issue was not from the roof, I will use them for future roofing issue.

About FRS Roofing + Gutters
Since the year 1999, FRS Roofing has been built on integrity and word-of-mouth. Our attitude and focus from the office professionals, sales staff and to the installers is to go the extra mile to do a great job and leave the customer with an awesome experience. Homeowners experience a sense of long-term commitment – not just at the time of the installation, but also when an issue with their roof might arise. Like our residential customers, builders and contractors have come to trust FRS with their projects. “Leave it to FRS” – “no worries now”; are common sentiments among builders when they have handed off their roofing needs to FRS. They are confident and don’t have to worry or think twice about the job being done correctly. FRS is an Owens Corning Roofing Preferred Contractor. And as such we follow their guidelines: Carries at least $1M in general liability insurance Good standing with the Better Business Bureau® Passes a Dun & Bradstreet® credit analysis Meets standards with National Finance Companies
Reviews
Communication was great. But I need to get roof done sooner. We ended up to use another contractor.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I needed a quick temporary repair so it wouldn’t rain in my house. Person came out and tried to sell me a new roof and wouldn’t tarp my leaky roof unless I committed to purchasing a new roof for over $15,000. I spoke to their front desk person who assured me that my temporary fix would be done that day. The person they sent didn’t even have the parts to temporarily repair my leaky roof, which is all that I needed to be done. Even if I payed this company all of that money, they wouldn’t have been able to tarp my roof that day which NEEDED to be done when the person arrived. Stay away from this place
Experience overall was okay. Communication was a bit lacking.
Quick and responsive
The worst experience I have ever had in my professional life! They left a big job unattended And the work came out lousy would not recommend
Very easy to work with and very responsive. The whole team is pro. Left the work space very clean as well!
Very good work.
We had FRS come out to remove some ice panels that had been all but destroyed. Staff came out and removed the panels, laid down new shingles, etc. Looks very good. Very satisfied with the work to this point. TY Mike + everyone else at FRS!
FRS roofing did a good job. They replaced shingles with rubber on a small attached shed and basement walkout. They charged a fair price for quality work. We waited a bit longer than expected to start, but the job was completed quickly, they cleaned up well, and it was contact free. Our 1 year old enjoyed watching the friendly workers tear off the old roof. We would hire them again.
Didn't go with them but they were very responsive
As of now no work has been done I give the 5 stars for professional advice the siding just needs to be tucked no real damage. They promised to come and complete the job.
They got in touch right away and were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely work with them in the future!
Very professional, retured my call immediately. My neighbor recommended them, they did such a good job. When I was in need of survice I immediately knew they'd deliver.
Very courteous.
The entire crew was great....they were on time and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete......the entire crew kept us updated with everything that went on during the project......would recommend...
Fred and his crew were fantastic! Finished the job in 90+ heat on top of it. I will use them again for my next roofing project.
Jordan was very informative and very kind. He answered all my questions and more
Reroofing is going to be a hassle. A pro shop like FRS minimizes hassle and gives value.
They did a great job on my roof! I can’t believe how quickly they finished it. Highly recommend!
