Reviews
Felix is one of the best professionals I’ve worked with in the construction industry. In a field where it’s often difficult to find reliable, high-quality talent, he truly stands out. His work is exceptional. My permit consultant commented multiple times on the quality of his drawings and even said his level of workmanship was comparable to that of a licensed architect. Beyond the quality of his work, Felix is communicative, dependable, delivers on time, and charges fair, honest prices. He’s a rare gem, and you should absolutely hire him.
I haven’t officially hired Felix yet, but I wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly helpful he has been throughout the initial stages of my project. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond — offering valuable insights, calling the city on my behalf to gather information about variance permits, and answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. His knowledge and dedication have already made a big difference, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they’ve invested. It’s rare to find someone so committed and willing to help, even before any contracts are signed. I highly recommend FT Design to anyone in need of a professional, knowledgeable, and truly supportive architect. Thank you so much!
Felix was very professional, punctual, answered all questions immediately. I would refer him and use him over and over. Highly recommended.
Felix is exceptional at what he does, he’s accurate, fast, priced reasonably and very professional. I had a million questions, and he always replied quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I had as-built drawings done by him, and will soon hire him for my construction set drawings as well.
I am happy to recommend FT Design for your architectural needs. Felix was very prompt in responding to my request, was able to schedule a site visit quickly and turned my plans around in a very short time span. I found his prices to be reasonable and he was very willing to work with me toward my objectives. Will definitely use this firm again.
Felix was incredibly fast, detailed, and communicative. A+++, would recommend to anyone trying to draft plans to submit to the city.
FT designs were very communicative and responsive and clear about their whole process!
Felix was very responsive when we contacted him and has been doing a good job.
Quickly responded with a quote which I accepted, and fit me in his schedule within 48 hrs. Quick turnaround on drawings which were exactly what i needed. Would certainly use again.
