Otis & M did a wonderful job today. They picked up a few items and delivered them to the drop off location as requested. They moved several HEAVY items up and down stairs. It was extremely hot and they muscled thru! I am a Realtor and will be recommending this team to anyone who needs small or large moves!

This is the first time I’ve ever used Thumtack/hired movers and I was so impressed! Definitely would recommend!! Very reasonably priced and excellent communication! They met me at Costco, loaded the couch in their truck, and brought it into my apartment!

Bad business. They say the prices start at $85. Then I get a message saying it’s $125/hour with a $200 service fee and they require a minimum of 4 hours. 😮 I don’t live in a mansion, I don’t need 4 hours. 🤦🏾♀️. My estimated move is $700. No please, I will HARD PASS. False advertisement.
They were very slow ( paying by the hour) and one was seen on his phone a few times. Two teenage boys and older gentleman who didn’t physically help until about 3 hours in and saw the boys were struggling. He also kept telling them to move faster…. I move my stuff into place the the next day and discover the top of my work desk is broke and a chip of wood off the bottom, my armoire was scratched and when I pulled the tape off furniture it took some finish off. Messaged the company with my concerns, even sent pictures of the damage and no response! Do not recommend.
Very disappointed in what I was well reviewed company. Very disrespectful in communicating via phone and lack of communication when service wasn't going to happen. Regardless of if your crew shows or not still could of been communicated hours earlier. No call no show pretty much here! Do not recommend! Said they could do next day...no communication...no show!
I needed an heirloom spinet piano loaded into my U-Haul from my grandparents’ assisted living facility. They were extremely responsive, arrived early, and loaded it up faster than I imagined. Thank you for making it easy!!!
First of all, the team arrived two hours and 20 minutes late. I wish they could just tell me how late they would be, instead they just told me they were on their way and kept me waiting. Secondly, they didn’t wrap my thing carefully. My bed and mattress were dirty. My chair were damaged. They told me they were gonna come back and fix it. But till now every time I asked there was no reply. I also lost a drawer, and ask if they can find it. Again, no reply. Worst experience ever. I wish I could read the bad reviews before I hired this company.
The corner of my walls were destroyed, my furniture is scratched and some chunks missing out of the wood, the guys only loaded the bottom of the truck which meant they didn’t have room to take all my belongings, they loaded up and left 4 pick up truck loads in the driveway. The job was bid for 4 hours and they were still loading the truck at the first house 6 1/2 hours in. I paid $752 for the job! I know there is insurance to take care of things like this, but they never let me know how to fix all the stuff damaged! I attached only a couple photos for anyone looking.
