They came to check on my heater thermostat. I have a three-story house, and only one of the thermostats was broken. Instead of addressing that specific issue, they gave me a ~ $3,000 estimate to replace all the heaters and thermostats on all three floors. Completely unnecessary and made no sense. I wouldn’t work with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Had a few companies out for bids for new furnace and to add ac. Fuse by far the most efficient, helpful and responsive. The install was done in one day. Cleaned up from the install. Coordinated city permits and made sure everything was done right. Price was very fair. Would highly recommend.

The technician did a great job of troubleshooting the issue and fixing it, but he did not inform of the cost prior to starting the work. He was here less than 1 hour and it cost us 350+ for a cleaning. At some point, he knew what he plans were and could have informed me at any time prior to performing the work.
Absolutely exceptional experience working with Fuse Service, whose team is professional, punctual, friendly, reasonably priced, and super efficient. We had a furnace failure on Friday afternoon, and Fuse worked around the clock to coordinate with us and completed a new installation by Monday afternoon. This speed of resolution relieved a lot of stress and was a lifesaver in such cold weather. I would love to do more business with them in the future!
