Erik was fantastic, work was on point and a pleasure to deal with
Home Theater Installation: A Dream Come True! I recently had a home theater system installed by Legacy smart system LLC (Mr Ray Dibi) , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. I had a vision for my home theater, and Mr Ray Dibi not only understood it but also offered valuable suggestions to enhance it. He patiently answered all my questions, explained the different equipment options in detail, and helped me choose the perfect setup for my space and budget. The installation process itself was smooth and efficient. The technicians were punctual, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They worked diligently, paying attention to every detail, and ensured that everything was perfectly calibrated for optimal performance. They even took the time to explain how to use the system and troubleshoot any potential issues. Now, movie nights at my place are an absolute cinematic experience! The picture quality is stunning, the sound is immersive, and the whole system is so easy to use. It’s like having a private cinema in my own home. My family and friends are blown away by the difference it’s made. I highly recommend Legacy smart system LLC (Mr Ray Dibi) for anyone looking to create a home theater. Their expertise, dedication to customer satisfaction, and overall professionalism are second to none. They transformed my living room into a home entertainment haven, and I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent work. Five stars!
Absolutely excellent service all around. Easy to communicate with and explaining initial issue with our C4 connectivity, plus very flexible at scheduling onsite appointment and explaining all steps that quickly got us back up and running without up charging. Highly recommended!
Erik performed high quality work. In a timely and efficient manner. He was able to install a 70 tv over our fireplace and hid the wires in the wall without causing us to need to patch our walls after the installation. I doubt anyone else could have problem solved the job in such a professional manner. Erik is highly recommended.
Getting it done and done correctly was very important to me. Eric and his partner were absolutely outstanding. The work met and exceeded every expectation I had. I would recommend them for your job without hesitation and have them back if I needed similar work done.
Erik was great to work with and made our sound system for our church sounds amazing! His customer service is top tier as hes available for any trouble shooting needs. He worked with our guys to ensure we get the best sounds. Must say we highly encourage anyone to do business with him. Will definitely hire him again
Tech was on time, worked quickly to get the job done in our timeframe. Courteous and efficient.
I had a few sound system things I needed to get installed in my new house. I had a couple of sets of speakers from my previous house and also wanted to install some new equipment. It was a total of 3 different installments he helped me with. I am so glad I was able to find Erik on this app because he did a great job! Pictures attached of the 3 jobs. What I appreciated most about Erik is his expertise and knowledge. He gave me genuine input on how to best setup each room and took the time to ensure he understood what I was looking for but also made recommendations. He even went above and beyond on giving me advice on things beyond the projects I paid him for. I certainly will keep in touch with Erik for future needs/jobs. Highly recommend!
