Frank was very responsive to my request to have work done. I hired him to repair my brick sidewalk but I have not had the work done yet because I am waiting for approval from the Borough. I am confident that Frank will start work as soon as my paperwork is approved.
Frank responded to our request for an estimate to parge the wall of our garage. He scheduled the work as soon as we approved the estimate. We are very happy with the result and have asked him to give us an estimate for another job.

Frank is personable, knowledgeable, and keeps you appraised of each step of the job. Cleans up job site at the end of each day and tells you when he will arrive the next day. He did more than the original scope of the requested work, and stayed within the estimate. He also pointed out possible problems in the future not related to the work. Took before and after pictures and e-mailed them as well as his receipt. After the onsite estimate, e-mailed me a copy and added the additions of work requested , with adjusted price if needed. added all changes made to
He was a conscientious worker. His work quality is excellent. His knowledge of the best materials for the chimney repair worked well. He was on time and followed his schedule, and completed the project on time, would definitely hire him again!
