Valentines Day dinner to remember!!!!! The dishes were fantastic. And the ability to cater to someone who is dairy sensitive was extra special. I loved every dish. The speciality cocktails were excellent. This was something special. I will definitely recommend and use this service again. Thank you for making a very social dinner date. We loved it.

Being out of state and not knowing any black owned/woman owned catering businesses was feat. I took a chance on FyneChyna based on the pictures I was able to see. I just want to say and echo the guests at my event that we LOVED the food! ALL OF IT WAS GOOD! We chose/opted for a Personalized menu. I know everything was handled with my Husband/Sister, but I did not hear them complain or make any negative comments about her attention to detail and professionalism. The food is worth the price! I thank FyneChyna again for aiding in making my Graduation celebration a success and working on such short notice! 🫶🏾🙌🏾💪🏾

FyneChyna was awesome to work with. The entire process was seemless, and her level of professionalism was great. We enjoyed our appetizer, entrée and dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty. She even cleaned up the kitchen before she left. This experience definitely added to our girl's trip.

We were provided an excellent Jamaican meal for 6 . Porchalyn was very responsive from our initial contact to the end of the meal. She was open to and made a few item adjustments to accommodate dietary requests. The entire meal was delicious. She and her assistant displayed the food beautifully; They were very friendly and professional, including their attire.
We enjoyed working with FyneChna, Her and her helper were very good at working around our confusing party. I think we felt like she was just part of the family event. I would definitely use her again in the future thank you for helping to make our party enjoyable for everyone.

FyneChyna did an awesome job on my 40th birthday! She provided horderves for our arrival, tasty breakfast for a group of 12 ladies for 3 mornings! Everyday was something special! And an amazing formal dinner. She is absolutely skilled and professional! I would hire Porcelyn again and again! We were all pleased!
Chef P put on the most amazing Passover dinner for us. We spoke about what I wanted and she made it happen. Her brisket , mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, salmon, and vegetables were out of this world. And her deviled eggs …people were fighting for seconds. Chef P was so professional I had the whole night to spend with my guests. We will definitely be using her again.
Fyne Chyna Cuisine was awesome. I booked a dinner for 4 of my friends and she made amazing vegetarian and seafood dishes. Everyone’s favorite was the egg rolls, but the eggplant lasagna and honey jerk salmon were really good too!
This was our first time hiring a home chef. The experience was wonderful, the food was delicious & we had enough leftovers for dinner the next day. We would definitely recommend using this chef for any occasion!
