We had a wonderful private dinner for my sisters birthday. Chef Yu and his staff provided an exceptional experience. We really enjoyed the delicious food and service! Would definitely hire again !

We used Chef Alvin for our 24th birthday party, him and his crew were phenomenal. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. We will be using Chef Alvin for any/all upcoming events. Fyusion dining went above and beyond for our event (even including edible flowers to match our garden party theme), 10/10 recommend.
It was fantastic working with Chef Alvin, Chef Moira and Colleen to create a unique dining experience for our group of 8 on NYE. Start to finish 5 star. Creating our custom tasting menu was a breeze as well as the accommodations for vegetarian options. Everything was beautifully plated and presented.
We enjoyed the most fabulous meal last night with chef Tara and Colleen! The food was spectacular, well exceeded our expectations, and the girls were so fun and personable. I wish there were more stars to give, they deserve it! Can't wait to have them at our next event!!

This was such an amazing experience. Alvin customized an Asian/Mediterranean fusion menu that was so incredible and creative. His menu options were innovative and original, all while staying within budget. He was responsive and punctual, and he's a very talented chef. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. He also made a vegan option that mimicked all the non-vegan dishes, which also tasted amazing. Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be booking with hi and his team again!
I can not recommend Alvin and his team strongly enough. I hired him and his team for my 50th birthday dinner party and they went above and beyond. All of my guests were blown away by the service and detail and care they brought. And the experience they provided was beyond what I was expecting. I hadn't tasted any of the food before hand wasn't sure what to expect. But I couldn't have been more completely blown away with how amazing everything was. His entire staff was remarkable and professional and my dinner party was an 8 course tasting menu and it could nit have turned out better. I'd also like to note I used his recommendation for a mixology and rental company and they were all top notch too. I would out hesitation recomment Fysuon dining to anyone. Truly and amazing night because of him and his team.
Chef Al and Chef Brad were absolutely amazing! From the first moment of contact with Al I knew it was going to be a great experience. He worked with me on the menu and my personalized requests for my fiancé's birthday dinner. Chef Al and Brad arrived punctually and made us feel comfortable and confident in leaving them to do their thing while we entertained our guests. Al and Brad indulged us in cooking questions and great conversation. I anticipated the food being great but it was truly exceptional. At each course, Chef would introduce the plate and walk us through the details. We were served throughout the entire dinner, not having to lift a finger. It was an amazing experience and will absolutely be booking again for other events!
Chef Yu and his Fyusion Dining team were attentive and professional from start to finish. Chef Yu’s inventive menu was tailored to our specific preferences. The meal was creative and beautifully presented. (I wish I had taken more pictures). The Fyusion dining team, respectfully, wore masks. The meal was finished off at the house. The kitchen was left spotless. The trash was removed from the house. Fyusion Dining helped to make a special celebration a memorable fine dining experience, from the safety and comfort of our home.
Alvin, Colleen, and Rich were so great to us. Alvin was very responsive and patient and attentive to all of our dietary restrictions and needs. It was super affordable. They were professional and I believe we all got what we paid for and more. It was an experience.
