Mike arrived on time. He is a great listener and we went over the details of my four gang KASA smart switch box before he dug into it. He kept me informed as to what he found troubleshooting the dead short. Then, methodically cleaned up all the wiring, installed new device, tested. Then put it all back, trim plate perfectly aligned.
Mike was attentive and kept me in the loop as he was installing a set of Google Nest camera and floodlights. Also appreciated his help and patience with helping me troubleshoot issues with the floodlights not turning on. Overall, Mike did a great job and would look him up in the future for other projects!
