Terrible service. I found more issues without any special equipment than he did. He didn't inspect the HVAC, yet took a picture from afar and said it was good. Waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this inspector.

Thank you so much Chris! I got the punch list to correct the items and now my pre-listing is live.
He is nice. He missed a lot of mistakes by the builder on the exterior of the house. A family member who is a business contractor did the final walkthrough for us and found numerous potential problems on the exterior of the home. Caulking needed, flashing wavy etc. these will easily allow water to damage the home.
Be upfront with availability and not waste my time. Was not able to schedule and had I known this contractor was not available I would have found someone else.
Chris was fast and thorough. Will be using again if I need. Highly recommend.
Knowledgeable, thorough, quick response and return of report. He also had an added bonus for thermite inspection.
Gametime was very thorough in their report and quick to respond to my question burial request. I will definitely use them in the future!
Great experience working with Chris on our pre drywall inspection. He did a thorough job with a timely response to my questions and provided the report the very same day. We plan on working again for the next 2 inspections lined up in a few months!!
Excellent service, very responsible, helps you understand the terms of the inspections, takes the time to supervise and inspect every corner of the inspected place, 100% recommended
Responsive, easy to work with, and offered detailed explanations on site. All for an affordable rate. Thank you for your services, highly recommended.
The Pro, Chris Quillan, is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very upfront about the inspection fee. (No games, tricks, or added charges as some others seem to do.) I also like that he communicated direct with me instead of having some call center in the Philippines or India do it for him. In addition, his webpage indicates that termite inspection is included. This pro is highly recommended - good value for service, and I’ll definitely use him again when I need another inspection.
Chris was on time, responsive to my questions, was professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend him.
Fast & thorough communication & good scheduling availability.
Got the inspection done on time
Very professional.
Great service
Chris was responsive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Chris was fast to respond and was very thorough and detailed in his inspection. His price was fair and I would definitely recommend using him. He walked us through the entire house and what he found and provided us detailed answers on questions we had. His report was detailed with photos and he sent that to us immediately later that evening after doing the inspection.
Very nice guy to work with.
