Great experience with Sam! He was responsive, professional, and honest about what needed to be repaired. He explained the issue clearly, replaced the broken belt, and got my garage door opener working again quickly. Pricing was fair and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great experience with Sam and Garage Guys OC. Communication was excellent from the beginning, pricing was very affordable and transparent, and he was able to get the job done quickly. He replaced my old garage door opener with a new Chamberlain and made sure everything was installed and working properly. Very responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
Sam A. was very professional and took the time to explained in detail what my options were regarding my garage door. His knowledge of the whole system was impressive. I would definitely use Sam again and refer him/them to all my neighbors and friends. You need to give him a raise!
Sam and team my broken garage door in a day notice and I am satisfied with the work and price.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam to install a new garage door opener, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Sam was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the entire process. He arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, and explained each step of the installation clearly. The job was completed efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He also took the time to walk me through how to operate the opener and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear that Sam takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door services. Excellent job!
