He showed up on time, told me exactly what I needed to have repaired, I did not feel like he was trying to oversell me, but tell me exactly what my options were for my roof, I felt very reassured, it was so refreshing! 1 yesr warranty on repairs in writing! Highly recommend!!!

We had a passive vent leaking into the attic and bedroom. After getting a series of very expensive quotes to repair Gary came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired the leak in addition to other issues found for a fraction of the estimates received. Thanks Gary!
Took care of multiple projects for me on multiple properties within a single days work. Other companies tried saying the problems were more severe than they were - he was honest and only completed what needed to be done. Rare to find honest workers like this
I had GaragePlus work on my daughter’s mobile home roof. After getting 3 separate quote for it, I’ve decided to hire them. They were by far the most reasonable one. He sent me before and after pics of the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them. He gave a year warranty on it. Hopefully this will solve the problem of the leaking roof. He changed out the screws, sealed off the areas and added a downspout for the gutter.
gary Meza and his crew performed as a coordinated team from start to finish and final inspection. All my questions and concerns were addressed. the work comes with warranty. I recommend them with full confidence and will use them again.
Excellent from start to finish. Quality work and excellent value. They exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work. Do yourself a favor and save money contact them.
Gary did a good job identifying the problem quickly and resolving it. He is also very responsive and easy to work with.
Garage Plus came right out to my house showed me what I needed to know about having my roof repaired came back 2 days later which is when I asked them to show, and did a great job at a reasonable price.
I originally left a 5-star review, but unfortunately I have to revise it based on what happened after the work was completed. The roofing work was intended to address water intrusion, but the roof continued leaking despite multiple attempts to correct the issue. The situation has now resulted in significant interior ceiling swelling and water damage, as shown in the attached photos. I subsequently had the roof evaluated by other roofing professionals and was advised of concerns with the installation and that substantial corrective work is needed. The contractor may respond to this review with his own explanation or version of events, but that does not change my experience, the continued leaking, the resulting interior damage, or the condition documented in the attached photos. I initially gave a positive review because I believed the work had resolved the problem. Unfortunately, what occurred afterward caused me to change that assessment. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this contractor.
Very Good service with reasonable price, I’m really appreciate you can fix the patio roof in timely manner.
